Entry of the username, user password, account name and account password set by the administrator allows use of specific functions, restricts use of the system, etc. These settings are called user [User Authentication] or [Account Track].
[User Authentication] is applied for individual management and [Account Track] is applied for group management or managing multiple users together.
The following functions are subject to [User Authentication] and [Account Track] management.

[User Authentication] and [Account Track] can be linked for management.
When linked, a user with a registered account name can be authenticated simply by entering their user name and user password. When the system is used by multiple accounts, this function is useful when employees are managed according to their accounts.
Furthermore, when not linked, the user name, user password, account password and account name must be entered at the time of authentication. When multiple employees use this system, this function is useful when each employee performs multiple tasks and task-based aggregation.
When [User Authentication] and [Account Track] are linked, the total counter value of the users affiliated with the account is displayed in [Account Track Counter]. When not linked, [User Counter] and [Account Track Counter] are counted individually.
