[Tri-Fold Position Adj.]
Overview
Adjust the Tri-Fold position for SaddleStitcher SD-506.
Make this adjustment when the fold position deviates from the standard value.
- If a numeric value is entered in [Offset for All Size], it is applied to all the paper sizes. If a numeric value is entered for a specific paper size, the setting value becomes the sum of the entered value of the specific paper size and the entered value of [Offset for All Size].
- When adjusting both [Fold 1] and [Fold 2], first adjust [Fold 1]. [Fold 1] is located on the paper edge, and [Fold 2] is located based on the [Fold 1] position. Standard value "b" shown in step 5 is changed by adjusting either one of the [Fold 1] and [Fold 2] positions.
Confirm the following standard values in step 5.
Setting Procedure

Press the selection key of the paper size to adjust.

Load the paper of the size to be adjusted into any tray, and select that paper tray.

Press Start on the Control panel.
A sample is output.

Check lengths "a" and "b" of the printed paper.

If any adjustments are required, press [Exit PrintMode] to return to the setting screen.

Use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Use [+ / -] to select the plus or minus of the numeric value. To change [Current Data], press [Set].

Use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Use [+ / -] to select the plus or minus of the numeric value. To change [Current Data], press [Set].

Repeat steps 2 to 10 until the desired result is obtained.
