This system processes a large amount of paper at high speed. Therefore, a large amount of paper can be wasted if problems occur during paper feeding.
We recommend that you manage your paper on a regular basis by following the steps below.
Paper in the following conditions may not print correctly, so check and remove such paper.

It is recommended that you check the paper by lifting the stack as shown in the figure here.
Lift up some of the top papers by about 1 cm and check where there is no crackling sound.
Any such sound indicates that it is charged with static electricity. It is recommended that you do not use paper such paper.
Place the paper on a flat surface when flicking through the paper. If you try flicking through the paper while holding it in your hands, you may drop the paper and cause it to curl up or fold.
Do not try to flick through too much paper at once.
