Use this function to call your service representative for maintenance. Your service representative is monitoring the machine status as needed basis. The monitored information will be useful for maintenance.
This service, monitoring the machine status, is called CS Remote Care. CS Remote Care requires a service setting. Using this service enables Start on the Administrator Call screen. For details, contact your service representative.
Follow the procedure on Displaying the [Administrator Setting Menu] Screen to display the Administrator Setting Menu screen.
Press System Connection on the Administrator Setting Menu screen, and then press Call Remote Center.
The Administrator Call screen is displayed.
The display returns to the System Connection screen.
