Develop AC Bias Fine Adj.

Adjust the development AC bias for each of the Y, M, C, and K colors when an image noise, white-spot, or reduction in reproducibility occurs.

Adjustment Range: (Prevention of image noise or white space) -5 to +5 (Enhancement of reproducibility)

Tips

  • If the setting is changed, Gamma Automatic Adjustment is performed when the display has returned to the normal screen.

  • Note that a trade-off relationship exists between preventing image noises or white spot on a colored background, and enhancement of developability.

  1. Follow the procedure on Displaying the [Administrator Setting Menu] Screen to display the Administrator Setting Menu screen.

  2. Press System Setting on the Administrator Setting Menu screen, and then press Expert Adjustment, Process Adjustment, and Develop AC Bias Fine Adj. in sequence.

  3. Select the item to be adjusted.

  4. Use the touch panel keypad or the keypad on the control panel to enter the setting data.
