CMYK TP: Importing a Profile

You can register a CMYK target profile of Local, My Documents, or Network in Controller.

1. Click CMYK Target Profile on Profile Management screen.

   • supplementary explanationSimilar operation can be done by selecting, on the File menu, Profile Type - CMYK Target Profile.

2. Select the places from Local, My Documents or Network of the tree format, where the CMYK target profiles are saved.

   The list appears according to the selection.

3. Select a CMYK target profile from the list.

4. Click Import.

   The Import screen is displayed.

   • supplementary explanationWhen you select the multiple CMYK target profiles, Import is not available.

   • supplementary explanationWhen a folder other than Controller is selected on the tree view, Import is not available.

   • supplementary explanationSimilar operation can be done when you select File menu - Import.

5. Enter Saved Name and Memo.
   Up to 31 one-byte characters can be entered to Saved Name. Up to 64 one-byte characters (32 two-byte characters) can be entered to Memo.

   • supplementary explanationYou cannot save the CMYK target profile of the same name with those in the image controller.

6. Click Import.

   The CMYK target profile is registered in the image controller.

   Import screen is closed to return to Profile Management screen.
