2-Side Slit Finishing Adj.

Adjust the 2-side slitting speed of Trimmer Unit TU-503 mounted on Saddle Stitcher SD-513 to reduce skewing or napping in the slit part.

1. Press Adjustment on the MACHINE screen to display the Adjustment Menu screen.

2. Press Finisher Adjustment, Saddle Stitcher Adjustment, and 2-Side Slit Finishing Adj. in sequence.

3. Press Print Mode.

4. Load A3 short edge feed paper or 11 17 short edge feed paper into any tray, then select its tray button.

5. Press Start on the control panel.

   A sample pattern will be output.

6. Check the slit part for skewing or napping.

7. Press Exit PrintMode to return to the 2-Side Slitting Finishing Adjustment screen.

8. If any adjustment is required, use the touch panel keypad to enter the set value.

9. Press Set to change the Current Value.

10. Repeat steps 3 to 9 until the desired result is obtained.

11. Press Return.

    The screen returns to the Saddle Stitcher Adjustment Menu screen.
