Staple Tip Adjustment

Adjust the staple strength of Saddle Stitcher SD-513 to change the staple leg shape.

1. Press Adjustment on the MACHINE screen to display the Adjustment Menu screen.

2. Press Finisher Adjustment, Saddle Stitcher Adjustment, and Staple Tip Adjustment in sequence.

3. Press Print Mode.

4. Load A3 short edge feed paper or 11 17 short edge feed paper into any tray, then select its tray button.

5. Press Start on the control panel.

   A sample pattern will be output.

6. Displays the staple leg shape.

7. Press Exit PrintMode to return to the Staple Tip Adjustment screen.

8. If any adjustment is required, use the touch panel keypad to enter the set value.

9. Press Set to change the Current Value.

10. Repeat steps 3 to 9 until the desired result is obtained.

11. Press Return.

    The screen returns to the Saddle Stitcher Adjustment Menu screen.
