Remedy

The machine does not operate even if the sub power switch is turned ON.

Is the power plug firmly inserted in wall socket?

Firmly insert the power plug in wall socket.

Is the main power switch turned ON?

Keep the main power switch turned ON usually.

Is the Power Save LED ON?

The machine cannot be turned on due to the Weekly Timer. Use the machine at other times, or contact your administrator.

Printing does not begin.

Is the front door of the machine open?

Securely close the front door of the machine.

Is the main machine available to use for printing?

Has an error occurred on Roll Winder RW-101/Roll Winder RW-201?

For details, refer to Problems Related to Roll Winder RW-101/Roll Winder RW-201.

Printed image is too light.

Is the message "Please add toner" displayed on the [MACHINE] screen?

Add toner.

Image quality is poor.

Is media damp?

Replace the media.

The machine stops while printing.

Is the JAM code displayed?
