Changing the Media Tension

If white spots persist, raise the tension by one level following the table below.

For details about changing the media tension, refer to Setting the tension according to the paper type and thickness (weight).

Before changing the media tension, perform the following: For details, refer to White Spots Appear on the Output Paper.

  • Check the media tension

  • Check the position of the media and parts

  • Clean glue sticking on the parts

  • Adjusting 2nd transfer output
