Use them for more effective and quicker output.

Using HDD to Manage Jobs

  • Save print data to the HDD and manage it as a "job." You can change the print settings or edit the saved job on a per page basis as necessary.

Using Direct Print Function

  • Use PageScope Direct Print to directly print a PDF or TIFF file without starting an application. You can preset the job settings and reduce the burden of making print settings.

Using Hot Folder Direct Print Function of the Machine

  • Direct Print of the machine's Hot Folder allows you to directly print a PDF or TIFF file without starting an application or PageScope Direct Print. You can preset the job settings and reduce the burden of making print settings.

  • Since the shared folder of the machine is used, the print settings of Direct Print can be shared with multiple users more easily than PageScope Direct Print. Each Hot Folder can be set u and accessed at the same time by multiple users.

Registering Paper Profile (Paper Catalog)

  • Register the frequently used paper setting as a paper profile. You can call the paper profile and easily make size, thickness (weight) and other settings for the media set on the machine as necessary.
