Pressing READY on the control panel does not enable the solo inching operation.

If the solo inching operation is not enabled after READY on the control panel of Roll Winder RW-101/Roll Winder RW-201 is pressed, check the following:

Checkpoint	Remedy
[Error] is indicated on the touch panel of Roll Winder RW-201.	While [Error] is indicated, pressing READY on the control panel does not work. After checking and clearing the error, press [Error reset] on the touch panel. If the top cover and the media cover of Roll Winder RW-101/Roll Winder RW-201 is open, the machine stops. Close the top cover and the media cover when starting operation. After clearing errors, press EMG.RESET on the control panel of Roll Winder RW-101/Roll Winder RW-201.
The media pressing bar 1/media pressing bar 2 on Roll Winder RW-101 is activated. The [Bail 1] or [Bail 2] on Roll Winder RW-101 turns on.	Press WEB GRIPPER1 or WEB GRIPPER2 of the control panel to release the media pressing bar 1 or media pressing bar 2.

While [Error] is indicated, pressing READY on the control panel does not work.

After checking and clearing the error, press [Error reset] on the touch panel.

If the top cover and the media cover of Roll Winder RW-101/Roll Winder RW-201 is open, the machine stops. Close the top cover and the media cover when starting operation.

After clearing errors, press EMG.RESET on the control panel of Roll Winder RW-101/Roll Winder RW-201.

The media pressing bar 1/media pressing bar 2 on Roll Winder RW-101 is activated.

The [Bail 1] or [Bail 2] on Roll Winder RW-101 turns on.

Press WEB GRIPPER1 or WEB GRIPPER2 of the control panel to release the media pressing bar 1 or media pressing bar 2.
