[4 Position Staple(Rear 2)]
Overview
Adjust the staple pitch when performing the 4-position staple on the Saddle Stitcher SD-513.
Make this adjustment when misalignment or distortion occurs on the paper stack during stapling.
This function adjusts the pitch of the 2 back locations of the 4 staple positions.
- If a numeric value is entered in [Offset for All Size], it is applied to all the paper sizes. If a numeric value is entered for a specific paper size, the setting value becomes the sum of the entered value of the specific paper size and the entered value of [Offset for All Size].
Setting Procedure

Press the selection key of the paper size to adjust.

Load the paper of the size to be adjusted into any tray, and select that paper tray.

Press Start on the Control panel.
A sample is output.

Check the pitch between the 2 rear locations of the 4 staple positions for the paper size.

If any adjustments are required, press [Exit PrintMode] to return to the setting screen.

Use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Use [+ / -] to select the plus or minus of the numeric value. To change [Current Data], press [Set].
[Adj. Range:-10~+10 1step = 1mm]

Repeat steps 2 to 7 until the desired result is obtained.
