This function automatically inspects whether or not variable printing of numeric values or barcodes is performed correctly by collating the CSV file of VDP print data with the actual printout in real-time.
A: VDP print data
B: CSV (variable data + position data)
C: Comparison
D: Printed items (scan data)
E: Import (CSV data)
The following option is required to use this function.
Check that the collated CSV file is formatted as shown below.
No. | Name | Description |
---|---|---|
1 | Setting Quantity | Enter the number of setting items related to the entire job. To only set "Ascending or Descending Order", type "1". To set both "JobName", "Ascending or Descending Order", type "2". |
2 | JobName | Enter the print job name for real-time collating. When "JobName" is set, real-time collating can be performed for those that match the actual print job name with the value in "JobName". To not set "JobName", delete the whole "JobName" item. In that case, real-time collating can be performed by printing jobs for which the collating source CSV file name and the actual print job name are the same. If the actual print job name includes the extension (e.g., XXX.pdf), the collating source CSV file name will also include the extension (e.g., XXX.pdf.csv).
