Outputting data in USB flash drive

This section describes how to output data saved in a USB flash drive.

  • preconditionThe available file types are PDF, TIFF, and JPEG.

  1. Connect the USB flash drive to a USB port on this machine.

  2. Press RECALL.

  3. Select USB Flash Drive.

    • supplementary explanationIf USB Flash Drive is not displayed, set USB Direct Print to Allow in the Utility menu. For details, refer to [Function Usage Restriction].

  4. Select an output file.

    • supplementary explanationWhen the list consists of more than one page, you can move between pages by pressing Previous or Next.

    • supplementary explanationTo move between folders in the USB flash drive, select a folder, then press Down or Up.

  5. Press Print.

  6. Select an output method.

  • Print: Outputs the target as a normal print job.

  • Temporary Stop: Outputs the target as a temporarily-stopped job.

  • Hold: Outputs the target as a hold job.

  • Cancel: Cancels the output.
