Displays the Spool screen.

File Name

Displays the file name when applied.

User Name

Displays the user name when registered.

Status

Displays the status, such as receiving and waiting for RIP.

Mode

Displays the mode (Print/HDD TWAIN/FORM Store) of the job.

Details

Press when a job having the status of Number Limit (Waiting) is selected. You can check the location to save the job, etc.

Hot Folder

Displays the status of the file copied to the hot folder.

Delete

Pressed to delete a specified job.

To Top

Pressed to move a specified job to the top of the list.

Up

Pressed to advance a specified job by one in priority order.

Scroll keys

Pressed to scroll to the desired page of the Spool list if the list contains more than one page.
