Installing the user authentication allows you to mange the counter for each user. The administrator can check the counter for each user.
Select [User Auth/Account Track] - [User Authentication Setting] - [User Counter] in administrator mode of Web Connection (or in [Utility] - [Administrator] of this machine), and specify the user you want to check the counter. Then, click [Detail]. To check ratios of toner or paper consumption, click [Eco Info].
