SCAN Screen

To display this screen, press SCAN. Set an address to send scan data.

Item	Description
A to Z	Displays an address in which the initial character of the reference name is an alphabet.
Others	Displays an address in which the initial character of the reference name is a symbol. It also displays addresses whose reference names are not registered.
Main	Displays only addresses which were registered as Main address. A machine administrator registers the Main address. For details, contact your machine administrator.
All	Displays all addresses.
downup	Switches between pages which display addresses. Hold down the button to switch pages continuously.
Option Setting	Displays the E-mail Option Setting screen. For details, refer to Settings Required to Use Scan to E-mail.
Input Address	Displays the Input Address screen. For details, refer to Settings Required to Use Scan to E-mail, Settings Required to Use Scan to HDD, Settings Required to Use Scan to FTP, Settings Required to Use Scan to SMB, or Settings Required to Use Scan to WebDAV.
Search	Displays the Reference Name screen. For details, refer to Address Search.
Clear All	Clears all the addresses selected.
Register/Edit	Displays Add, Change, and Delete.
Scan Settings	Displays the Scan Settings screen. For details, refer to Scan Settings Screen.

The SCAN screen (Group) does not provide Option Setting, Input Address, Search, A to Z, Others, Main, and All.
