Copying a hot folder

You can copy a hot folder selected from the list.

1. Select a hot folder from the hot folder list.

2. Select Hot Folder - Copy from the Hot Folder Operations menu.

   The Copy screen is displayed.

3. Specify the registration name and name of the hot folder.

   • supplementary explanationUnused numbers are displayed in the folder number list.

   • supplementary explanationThe hot folder name can be specified using up to 80 characters.
     All characters are available, excluding symbols ", \, |, :, *, <, >, /, ?, and periods (.) at the top and end.

   • supplementary explanationYou cannot specify the same name as that of the source hot folder.
