Deleting the folder

You can delete the folder of the HDD job you select from the list.

This procedure differs between a case in which the folder is password protected and that in which the folder is not password protected.

1. Select a folder from the list.

   If the folder is password protected, the Folder Password screen is displayed.

2. Enter the password, and click OK.

   If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.

3. Select Folder - Delete from the Job Operations menu.

   • supplementary explanationYou can also select Folder - Delete from the right-click menu to delete a folder.

   The Delete screen is displayed.

4. Click Yes.

   • supplementary explanationIf the selected folder contains any job, it cannot be deleted.

   • supplementary explanationIf there are any Boxes in the selected folder, the folder cannot be deleted.
