Export Job History (Save)

The administrator can export (save) a job history.

  1. Click [Export] in the [Job History] screen.

    The [Administrator Authentication] screen is displayed.

  2. Enter the password, and click [OK].

    The [Specify Job History Export Range] screen is displayed.

  3. Specify the export range of the history records by indicating start and end points or select the [All], and click [OK].

    The [Export Job History] screen is displayed.

  4. Select the destination to save and enter a file name, and then click [OK].

  • If the file name includes symbol characters, "\, /, :, *, ?, ", <, >, |", data cannot be exported.

  • If you directly open the CSV file of the exported job history using Excel 2007 or a text editor, garbled characters may be displayed. In this case, set the character code to UTF-8 in "Get External Data" on Excel, then open the file.
