Half-Fold Stopper Adj.

When Finisher FS-612 is mounted on the machine, adjust the misalignment at leading edges of the printed paper while changing the length on the top of the printed paper.

Objects of Adjustment: Offset for All Size, A3 short edge feed, B4 short edge feed, SRA4 short edge feed, A4 short edge feed, 12 18 short edge feed, 11 17 short edge feed, 8.5 14 short edge feed, 8.5 11 short edge feed, 8 13 short edge feed, 8K short edge feed, 16K short edge feed, SRA3 short edge feed, Custom(380~458 mm), Custom(279~379 mm)

  1. Press Adjustment on the MACHINE screen to display the Adjustment Menu screen.

  2. Press Finisher Adjustment and Half-Fold Stopper Adj. in sequence.

  3. Select the size to be adjusted using down or up.

  4. Press Print Mode.

  5. Load the paper with the size to be adjusted, then select that tray.

  6. Press Start on the control panel.

    A sample pattern will be output.

  7. Check "a" of the output paper.

    Allowance: a = 0 mm ± 1 mm

  8. If any adjustment is required, press Exit PrintMode to return to the Half-Fold Stopper Adj. screen.

  9. Use the touch panel keypad to enter the set value.

    Adj. Range: -128~+127 1 step = 0.1 mm

  10. Repeat steps 4 to 9 until the desired result is obtained.

  11. Press Return.

    The screen returns to the Finisher Adjustment Menu screen.
