Specify whether to use the HDD encryption function of the Auto Inspection Unit UK-301. When using the HDD encryption function, you need to set an encryption password.
Using the HDD encryption function encrypts and protects all jobs saved on the HDD of the Auto Inspection Unit UK-301.
If HDD Encryption Setting (UK-301) is enabled while there is an existing reference image or uncreated automatic inspection report, this machine may not run normally, for example, it may freeze when a reference image is displayed.
To enable HDD Encryption Setting (UK-301), delete all the reference images and uncreated automatic inspection reports in advance.
Follow the procedure on Displaying the Administrator Setting Menu Screen to display the Administrator Setting Menu screen.
Press Security Setting (UK-301) on the Administrator Setting Menu screen, and then press HDD Encryption Setting (UK-301).
To use the HDD encryption function of the Auto Inspection Unit UK-301, set the HDD encryption function setting to ON.
Press Current Password and enter the current encryption password.

Press New Password, then enter a new user password.
Enter 8 to 32 alphanumeric characters for the Encryption Password.
Press Input Confirmation to reenter the new password.
Press OK to complete the setting.
