This section describes precautions for using special toner for each adjustment item.
The following options are required to use the special toner-related functions.
[Density Balance Adjustment]
It is not possible to make adjustments with special toner only.
Adjust the special toner and CMYK + White undercoating (S) consecutively.
[Maximum Density Adjustment]
When using special toner, adjust in the following order.
1. CMYK / White paper
2. Special toner (S) / Black paper
3. CMYK + White undercoating (S) / Black paper
[Color Density]
It is not possible to make adjustments with special toner only.
Also, it is not possible to output a chart of special toner only. Adjust using a chart that combines the gradations (brightness and shading) of CMYK + White undercoating and special toner.
The available adjustment items vary depending on the colorimetry method.

*1: As for "CMYK + White undercoating (S) / Black paper", the paper is undercoated with the special toner at 100%, and overprinted with CMYK colors, so CMYK are targeted for adjustment.
*2: Can also be adjusted with AccurioPro Print Manager.
*3: To measure the color of a color sample, use an external handheld colorimeter.
