This section describes operations for more stable color reproduction.
The adjustment items may differ depending on the options mounted on the system.
Changing the settings in order to further stabilize the image quality may result in the following.
Productivity may decrease as correction frequency increases.
After performing [Stabilization Adj. Setting], change the [Color Density Control] settings if the image quality is unstable. For details, refer to Section 2 in "Recommended Settings".
- Set [Periodical Adj. Execution] to [ON]
- Set [Adjustment Interval] to [ON]: 500 sheets

Perform the following adjustments once a month as maintenance.
*1: If [G7] is set, create a printer profile after performing [G7 Calibration].
*2: If Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501 is not mounted, perform [G7 Calibration] and create a printer profile with ColorManager. For details about ColorManager, refer to the ColorManager User's Guide.
If Intelligent Quality Care Unit IQ-501 and Relay Unit RU-518m are not mounted, perform [Controller Calibration] with ColorManager. For details about ColorManager, refer to the ColorManager User's Guide.
Perform the following adjustments once a month as maintenance.
