When using the prefix/suffix setting function, set this option to ON (default: OFF).
Using Prefix/Suffix Setting, you can recall the prefix and suffix registered in [Utility] - [Administrator] - [Store Address] - [Prefix/Suffix] when entering an E-mail address.

Register a prefix and suffix of an E-mail address. Up to 8 prefixes/suffixes can be registered. It is convenient to specify the frequently used prefix or suffix as the default when registering multiple prefixes or suffixes.
To register a new prefix or suffix, specify an unregistered number in the Prefix/Suffix list, and select [Edit].

Register the numbers of which the entry is prohibited as a fax sending destination.
When the specified fax number matches the number registered here at the time of fax sending or address registration, its entry is prohibited.
