This displays a list of destinations registered on this machine. Switch the display using an index, and specify the target destination.

Directly enter destination information to send a fax.
Enter the fax number of the destination. Tapping [Reg. No.] allows you to specify a fax destination by a registered number.
[Tone] or [*]: Enter the fax number when issuing a push signal in dial-up line mode (while [Dialing Method] is set to [10pps] or [20pps]) ([T] is displayed).
[Pause]: Enter this when you want to insert a wait time between dials ([P] is displayed).
[-]: Enter this to separate a dial number. It does not affect the dialing of the number.
[Outside]: Insert an outside line number ([E-] is displayed) when connecting this machine to PBX (private branch exchange).

You can also specify a destination by E-mail address. To specify a destination with an E-mail address, enter the recipient's IP address following "ipaddrfax@". To enter an IP address following the @ symbol, put the IP address in brackets "[ ]".
The host name cannot be entered following the "@" symbol of the E-mail address. |
[Port Number] | If necessary, change the port number (default: [25]). |
[Machine Type of Dest.] | Select whether the destination machine supports the color mode (default: [Monochrome]). |

[Host Name] | Enter the destination computer name (host name) or full computer name (FQDN) (using up to 253 bytes). If you cannot specify the computer name or full computer name, enter the IP address.

[Host Name Search] | Searches for the host name to be applied to [Host Name]. To search for the host name, specify a group name.

[User Name] | Enter the name of a user with folder access rights (using up to 64 double-byte or single-byte characters). |

[Reference] | Specify the shared folder of the desired computer by reference to the network. Forward scanned original data to another location (secondary delivery) via a scan server. When selecting a destination, select any scan process.
A scan process is used to automate a preset scanning workflow such as a distribution destination from a scan server. This is created by the Windows Server application, and registered in Active Directory.

Performs a prefix search with the [Sort Character] setting you entered when registering the address (displayed in the search results if the beginning part matches the search word).

Register a new address in the address book. If necessary, you can register the directly entered destinations or the destinations displayed in the transmission log into the address book.
