Workflow Screen

You can set the workflow of the print setting.

Reflect the Latest Settings is displayed only on the Workflow screen of the Job Settings screen.

Item	Description
Encrypted PDF	Select this check box to output a job as an encrypted PDF. Enter the password using up to 32 one-byte characters. The password is displayed with * or .
Add showpage Command	Select this check box to add a showpage command.
PDF/VT-2 External Files Search	Click Look in to select a subfolder.
