JavaScript must be enabled. Follow the procedure below to check the setting.
Internet Explorer: Select Internet Options from Tools, select the Security tab, and then click Custom Level in order to select the option marked "Enable" for Active scripting.
Firefox: JavaScript is enabled by default. For details, refer to the Firefox Help.
Microsoft Edge: JavaScript is enabled. If the use of JavaScript is disabled on the computer side, set to Enable.
Cookies must be enabled. Follow the procedure below to check the setting.
Internet Explorer: Select Internet Options under [Tools], select the Privacy tab, and then move the slider to the High privacy setting.
Firefox: Select Options - Privacy from Tools, and select Use custom settings for history from the Firefox will drop-down list. In the options that now become available, check Save Cookie.
Microsoft Edge: Select UTILITY on the upper right of the screen, - Settings - View advanced settings - Cookies. Then, select Don't block cookies.
Check the following cache setting from the Web browser.
Internet Explorer: Select Internet Options under Tools, select the General tab, and then click Settings under Temporary Internet Files to specify Every time I visit the webpage under Check for newer versions of stored pages:. (for Internet Explorer 11)
Firefox: Select Options from Settings, select Advanced - the Network tab, and select Override automatic cache management under Cached Web Content to set the cache capacity to 0 MB. (for Firefox 43)
Some Web browser versions may provide different menus and item names. For details, refer to the Help for the Web browser.
