Stop Immediately Timing Adjustment: Adjust the timing for Stop Immediately

Reduce the damage of paper at the end of printing or improve the performance of conveyance just before the end of printing.

Adjusting the value to be negative may avoid the paper jam before the end of printing.

  1. Press [Adjustment] on the [MACHINE] screen to display the [Adjustment Menu] screen.

  2. Press [Machine Adjustment], [Printer Adjustment], and [Stop Immediately Timing Adj.] in sequence.

  3. Use the touch panel keypad or the keypad on the control panel to enter the setting data.

    • Use [+/-] to specify the value to be positive or negative.

    • Press [Set] to change the current value.

    • Adjustment Range: -30 ([Quicken the stop timing (to improve conveyance)]) to +30 ([Slow the stop timing (to reduce damage of the paper)]) (1 step = 10 ms)

  4. Press [Return].

    The screen returns to the [Printer Adjustment Menu] screen.
