Renaming a Box

You can rename the Box name of the HDD job you select from the list.

This procedure differs between a case in which the folder and Box are password protected and that in which the folder and Box are not password protected.

1. Select a folder from the list.

   If the folder is password protected, the Folder Password screen is displayed.

2. Enter the password, and click OK.

   If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.

3. Click the “+” icon displayed on the left of the folder name to display Boxes.

   Select a Box to be deleted.

   If the Box is password protected, the Box Password screen is displayed.

4. Enter the password, and click OK.

   If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.

5. Select Box - Change Box Name from the Job Operations menu.

   • supplementary explanationYou can also select Box - Change Box Name from the right-click menu to rename a Box.

   The Change Box Name screen is displayed.

6. Enter a new Box name, then click OK.
