Web Utilities Screen

Web Utilities is a utility for device management that has been built in this machine. This utility allows using a web browser from a computer on a network to remotely control the main control panel or monitor the machine status.

In addition, the administrator can perform operations such as setting up account tracks, registering scan destination, and importing/exporting various setting data.

Item		Description
Remote Panel		Displays the control panel screen of the main body on the web browser window so that the remote control is allowed. For details about presetting and how to use, refer to Remote Panel: Setup and Remote Panel: How to Use, respectively. In addition, setting up Real-time Remote Panel enables the remote control in real time. For details about presetting and how to use, refer to Real-time Remote Panel setup and Real-time Remote Panel (Web Browser): How to Use, respectively.
Remote Monitor		Displays a thumbnail of the control panel screen of the main body on the web browser window to monitor the status of the machine by automatic reloading. For details about presetting and how to use, refer to Remote Monitor: Setup and Remote Monitor: How to Use, respectively.
Multi Monitor		Displays a tile view of multiple remote monitors so that the status of multiple machines can be monitored at a time. In addition, you can select one machine to display its remote panel at the same time. For details about presetting and how to use, refer to Multi Monitor: Setup and Multi Monitor: How to Use, respectively.
Machine Manager Setting	Volume Track setting	Allows setting for the account track. For details, refer to Editing Registered Account Track Data on Browser.
	Remote Panel Setting/Job History Setting	Allows presetting for using remote panel, remote monitor, and multi monitor. For details, refer to Overview of Remote Panel. It also allows setting for displaying a job history list. For details, refer to Enabling/Disabling Job History Function.
	Scan transmission setting	Allows registering scan destination (E-mail/HDD/FTP/SMB/WebDAV). For details, refer to Scan Transmission Setting.
	Setting data Import/Export	Allows exporting the machine setting data (Account Track/Scan Destination/Paper Settings) as a tab-delimited text file. It also allows importing the exported setting data to the machine. For details, refer to Setting data Import/Export.
	Job History List	Displays an output history of jobs. For details, refer to Displaying Job History List.
	Billing Counter	Displays the billing total counter. In order to use the billing total counter, you need a setup support from a customer engineer. Contact your service representative.
	Job Billing Counter	Displays a billing counter for each job. In order to use the job billing counter, you need a setup support from a customer engineer. Contact your service representative.
	Color Measuring data Input	Colorimetric data can be saved to the machine via a network.
Extension for maintenance		A menu for customer engineers (CE).
