[Create Box...]
Overview
Create a box the [HDD] job list or the [Secure] job list.
Up to 1,000 boxes can be created in each job list.
Tips
- In the [HDD] job list, boxes are added under the folder.
Setting Procedure

Select a folder in the [HDD] job list, or [Secure].
If the folder containing the target job is locked, click "
"; the Unlock screen is displayed. To unlock, enter the password, and click [OK].

Click [Create Box...] in [Job Management] to display the setting screen.
This item can also be selected from the right-click menu.

Enter [Name] and [Password].
HDD box: [Name] can be entered using up to 20 single-byte characters (10 double-byte characters). Enter [Password] using 8 single-byte characters. If a password is not set, a box without password authentication will be created.
Secure box: [Name] can be entered using up to 8 single-byte characters. Enter [Password] using 8 single-byte characters. The same character string (e.g. 11111111) cannot be used as a password. Password entry is required.

Click [OK].
