[Export...]
Overview
Export a hold job to the computer.
Data is written as an ICJX file.
NOTICE
- This function is not displayed in Touch panel of this system, and is not available.
Tips
- This function is only available for administrators.
- It is possible to export a print job of PS, PDF, PDF(APPE), TIFF, JPEG, or PPML.

Setting Procedure

Select a job in the [Hold] job list.
Multiple jobs can be selected simultaneously. If multiple jobs are selected, they are collected to a single job and exported.

Click [Export...] in [Job Management].
The [Administrator Password] screen is displayed.

Enter the administrator password specified in this system, and click [OK].

The exported job is downloaded.
Tips
Jobs selected from the job list can also be exported by the following operation.
- Select [Export...] from the right-click menu.
