Logs out from AccurioPro Print Manager.

([Language])

Selects the language to display.

([Information])

Displays the AccurioPro Print Manager version and the destination in which to download the online manual.

Job container list

Displays containers that contain hold jobs, HDD jobs, or secure jobs.

If [Hold], [HDD], or [Secure] is selected, the jobs stored in the selected container are displayed in the job list.

Each container displays the number of stored jobs. If the container is locked, the lock key icon is displayed.

[Hold] Job List

If [Hold] is selected from the job container, hold jobs are displayed in a list.

Also, selecting a job displays its preview and detailed information on the right pane of the list.

[HDD] Job List

If [HDD], folder, or box is selected from the job container list, HDD jobs are displayed in a list.

Also, selecting a job displays its preview and detailed information on the right pane of the list.

[Secure] Job List

If a box is selected from the job container list, secure jobs are displayed in the list.

Also, selecting a job displays its preview and detailed information on the right pane of the list.

Preview area

If you select one job in the job list below, it is displayed on the right side of the list.

• [Hold] Job List (excluding hold jobs without RIP)

• [HDD] Job List

• [Secure] Job List

[Preview]

Displays the selected job in the preview screen. For details about the preview screen, refer to [Preview].

Switches the preview display content to an original image or output image. The output image allows you to check the image after imposition.

Some jobs may not be displayed in the output image.

Examples of jobs that cannot be displayed:

• Jobs with [Poster Printing] set

• Jobs imposed including pages of different sizes

• Jobs imposed with blank sheets inserted

Reflects and displays the [Tone Curve Adjustment...] settings on the preview.

Switches the preview orientation to the original orientation or print orientation. When displayed in the original orientation, the preview display content switches to the output image.

Jobs that cannot be displayed in the output image cannot be displayed in the print orientation.

Displays the preview inverted horizontally.

[Active] Job List

The following jobs are listed. This job list can be switched with the [History] list.

• Printing job

• Print waiting job

• Job under RIP

• RIP waiting job

[History] List

Displays the history of printed jobs. This list also displays jobs that were not printed due to cancellation or error.

This list can be switched to the [Active] job list.

HDD information

Displays the usage and free space of the RIPed data, unRIPed data, or form used for a job using a graph and numeric values.

Clicking "" displays the detailed information, including the number of hold jobs, number of HDD jobs, and number of secure jobs etc.

[Expand] / [Reduce] (2 locations for each)

Clicking "" extends the following list display area. Clicking "" returns to the original.

• [Secure] Job List

• [Active] job list / [History] list

 [Reduce]: Reduces the production bar to the default size.

 [Expand] or [Reduce]: Extends or reduces the production bar to middle size.

 [Expand]: Extends the production bar to large size.

The following information is displayed on the production bar.

• Printer status

• Paper tray

• [Consumables]

• [Device Info / Errors]

[Cancel] / [Pause]

Cancels or pauses printing. Press the button, and select Cancel or Pause on the confirmation dialog box.

This button is displayed on the production bar while a job is being printed.

[Resume]

Resume the printing.

This button is displayed on the production bar while a job is paused.

Printer Status

Displays the status of this system.

Paper Tray

Displays paper tray information of this system.

[Consumables]

Displays information about consumables of this system.

[Device Info / Errors]

Displays system information and error information.
