[Register as Form]
Overview
Register a hold job as a form.
Tips
A hold job cannot be registered as a form when
- form data is combined for the job;
- an option other than [Off] or [Full Area] is set in [Special] under Job Settings;
- the number of pages of a hold job exceeds 10,000 pages; or
- the job is set to a PDL type other than PS, PDF, or PDF (APPE).
Setting Procedure

Select the job you want to register as a form from the [Hold] job list.
Multiple jobs can be selected simultaneously.

Click [Register as Form] in [Job Management].

The selected job is registered as a form.
Tips
A hold job can also be registered as a form by the following operations.
- Select [Register as Form] from the right-click menu.
in the upper-right of a page, it turns into 
and is registered as a bookmark.
