When I have pressed the Color Centro button on the Job Centro screen, Color Centro does not start.

Cannot access the hot folder of this machine.

Is the IP address of the machine prefixed by “\\”?

Type the following into the address field, and press the Enter key.
\\<IP address of the machine>

Cannot access Web Connection using Microsoft Edge.

Is Cookie enabled?

Check the setting of the computer you are using. Select
UTILITY (...) - Settings - View advanced settings - Cookie - Don't block cookies.

I have typed in the IP address of this machine, but I cannot yet access Web Connection.

Is the access allowed in the setting of the machine?

The access is not allowed when:

  • OFF is selected in Web Connection Setting of Network Setting;

  • Disable is selected in Web Connection Setting of Quick Security Setting;

  • the Enhanced Security mode is activated; or

  • the Web browser installed on the control panel is used.

Is the Web Utilities function enabled in Quick Security Setting?

On the UTILITY screen, select Quick Security Setting, and check whether Web Utilities Setting is set to ON.
