Personal Information Protection
Overview
Touch panel can be configured on the machine not to display personal information such as user name or addresses.
Enabling this setting protects personal information.
Setting Procedure
1
Press Utility/Counter, and then press in order of [Administrator Setting] - [Security Setting] - [Security Details] - [Personal Info. Protection].

Press [ON] for the item you wish to set.
The setting screen is displayed.

Press [Not Display] for the personal information you want to protect.

Press [OK].
