Set the version of SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).

• The specifications such as the authentication method varies depending on the version.

• It is recommended that you adopt [SNMPv3] compatible with encryption.

Enter the SNMP community name.

• To perform monitoring in the same SNMP community as a device other than this system, enter the same community name as another device.

• If [SNMPv1/v2c] is selected in [SNMP Version], entry is required.

[Encryption Algorithm]

Set the cipher used for the encryption algorithm.

• If [SNMPv3] is selected in [SNMP Version], setting is required.

[AES-128]

[Authentication Method]

Set the hash function used for authentication.

• If [SNMPv3] is selected in [SNMP Version], setting is required.

[SHA-1]

[Context Name]

Enter the context name.

• You can access the MIB (management information base) in the range compatible with the entered context name.

• Up to 63 single-byte alphanumeric characters, including symbols, can be entered.

[Read User Name]

Enter the read-only username.

• Up to 32 single-byte alphanumeric characters, including symbols, can be entered.

[Security Level]

[No Admission]

Set the security level for user authentication.

• [Auth-Password/Priv-Password] is the highest security level.

Enter the authentication password.

• If [Auth-Password] or [Auth-Password/Priv-Password] is selected in [Security Level], entry is required.

[Read User Priv-Password]

Enter the encrypted password.

• If [Auth-Password/Priv-Password] is selected in [Security Level], entry is required.
