This function allows you to configure the default settings related to conversion processing for CMYK entry data.

Tips

[CMYK-CMYK Device Link Profile] and [CMYK Target Profile] cannot be set simultaneously.

Setting item	Description
[Off]	Select this item when not performing CMYK-CMYK color conversion for CMYK data using the Image Controller or when using the embedded CMYK profile.
[CMYK-CMYK Device Link Profile]	Set [CMYK-CMYK Device Link Profile]. Select [CMYK-CMYK Device Link Profile] to apply to each of [Image], [Graphics], and [Text] from the menu list. Set this item when you output a job to suit the printing standard (ISO Coated, etc.) or other output device specifications. To synchronize the [Image], [Graphics], and [Text] settings, click . Selecting [By Paper] uses the device link profile set to the paper profile when color conversion.
[CMYK Target Profile]	Set [CMYK Target Profile]. Select the appropriate [CMYK Target Profile] from the menu list. If [Use Embedded CMYK Profile] of [Optional Settings] is selected, the setting of this item is not applied. To perform paper simulation, select the [Paper Simulation] check box. To set [Paper Simulation], select [CMYK Target Profile].
