Info. Sound Item Setting

Specify the repeat count of Info. Sound or Voice that sounds when a job stops due to paper misfeed or paper out, and also specify whether or not to enable the sound individually for given items.

  1. Follow the procedure on Displaying the [User Setting Menu] Screen to display the User Setting Menu screen.

  2. Press System Setting on the User Setting Menu screen, and then press Operation/Info. Sound Setting and Info. Sound Item Setting in sequence.

  3. Select the desired repeat count for Info. Sound and Voice respectively, using the keys provided under Repeat Number Setting.

  4. Set the information sound for machine stoppage item by item, using the keys provided under Notice Set for Machine Stop.

  5. Press Next in the lower left corner of the screen to continue the setting.

    • supplementary explanationThe Job Complete Pre-notice provided under Other Notification Setting allows you to specify whether or not to use the expected job completion time for information sound. Press Detail Setting, then select the desired time. Press OK to complete the setting and return to the previous screen.

  6. Press OK to complete the setting.
