Checking Automatic Inspection Reports Using the Browser

Access Web Utilities on Auto Inspection Unit AI-101 using the browser to check the automatic inspection report.

NOTICE

• [Create Auto Inspection Report] must be set to [ON] ahead of time when performing an automatic inspection in order to create [AutoInspect.Report].
• [Auto Inspection NIC Setting] must be configured to display [AutoInspect.Report].
• If the HDD capacity exceeds 90%, the oldest automatic inspection reports are automatically deleted until the capacity falls below 80%. Also, if the number of items in the [List of Auto Image Inspection Report] exceeds 270,000, the oldest automatic inspection reports are automatically deleted until the number of items in the list reaches 240,000.

This section describes the workflow for checking automatic inspection report from Web Utilities.

Launch your browser.

• For details about the operating environment of the Web Utilities browser, refer to Web Utilities.

Enter "http://<IP address of Auto Inspection Unit AI-101>/" in the address bar and press [Enter] to display the Web Utilities top screen of Auto Inspection Unit AI-101.

• For example, if the IP address of Auto Inspection Unit AI-101 is 192.168.1.20, enter "http://192.168.1.20/".

NOTICE

• The IP address of Auto Inspection Unit AI-101 must be set first using [Auto Inspection NIC Setting].

Click [List of Auto Image Inspection Report].

The login screen is displayed.

Enter the [User Name] and [Password], and log in.

In [List of Report], click [Report] for the job you want to check the inspection results of.

You can check the reports for [Completed Job] (printed items that complied with inspection levels), [Out of range] (printed items that did not comply with inspection levels), and [Decoding result] (serial number / barcode decoding results).
