[Storage All Backup]
Overview
Back up data (reference images and automatic inspection reports) in the Auto Inspection Unit AI-101 HDD and SSD to a USB external storage device.

NOTICE
The following settings are required to use this function.
- Set [Enhanced Security Mode] to [OFF].
- Set [Storage Encryp. Set.(AI-101)] to [ON].
Tips
- During backup operations, the system automatically enters the power-saving state and hence no other functions can be used. You will not be able to return to the previous screen if an error interrupts the operation after the system enters the power-saving state.
- To cancel the backup operations after they have begun, set the Sub power switch to OFF. Do not set the Main power switch to OFF.

Save the following data in the HDD and SSD of Auto Inspection Unit AI-101 to an external storage device.
- Reference image data
- Automatic inspection report data
- Reference image list management data
- Automatic inspection report list management data

Conditions for backup operations
Ensure that Auto Inspection Unit AI-101 is mounted
Ensure that the external storage media used for backup is securely connected to the USB connection port of Auto Inspection Unit AI-101
Ensure that only one external storage medium used for backup is connected
Ensure that Enhanced Security mode is not set
Conditions for external storage device used for backup
The device is formatted (FAT32 or ext4)
There is sufficient capacity to complete the backup
Since the USB connection port of Auto Inspection Unit AI-101 only supports low-power devices, storage media that require a large amount of power should be powered using an external power source
Setting Procedure

Connect the external storage device used for backing up to USB connection port of Auto Inspection Unit AI-101.
Make sure you use an external storage device that meets all these conditions.

Press [Start] to display the total size of backup data in the message display area on the screen.
If the capacity of external storage media is not sufficient to store the backup data, an error dialog box will appear. Press [Close] to cancel the backup.
An error message dialog box will be displayed if the backup operations fail. Press [Close] to try to back up again.
If you do not want to retry backup, turn the Sub power switch off and back on again.

After operation is completed, turn the Sub power switch off and back on again.
