This section describes the error details and the corrective action when a fax sending/receiving error (Txx, Rxx) occurs.
For a fax sending/receiving error, check the error message or the error code displayed on the [Job Details] screen, and then respond according to the error content and corrective action in the error code list below.

If the machine encounters a problem while sending a G3 fax, an error dialog will appear and error codes will be displayed in Txx format. Take corrective actions by referring to the table below.
If a communication error recurs, contact the telecommunications carrier or your service representative.

T89 | The balance is insufficient. | Check the amount or frequency displayed near the coin slot or card slot of the billing management device. |
T90 | The line used for sending is not specified. | Specify the line that is used for sending (Sending after Specifying a Relay Station ([Select line])).

* You may receive the page with a communication error detected again. The same original may be output, so be careful not to get an incorrect one. This is a redial control in the sender machine side, which is a normal operation.
