Operating Active Job

The Spool screen of the JOB LIST screen provides a list of spool jobs by the image controller. You can change the order, check the details, or delete the spool jobs on the Spool screen. Also, you can check the process status of the file copied to the hot folder.

1. Press JOB LIST, then press Spool.

2. Check the status of spool jobs on the list of the screen.

   Use updown to scroll, if 16 or more jobs are listed.

3. Change the preferential order of the spool jobs, as required.

   Select the spool job that you want to change the preferential order, then press the button under ReserveOrder.

4. Delete the spool jobs, as required.

   Select the spool job to be deleted, and press Delete.
