Overview of HDD Hold Job

This function prints a scanned job or a print job from a computer or sends it to a computer connected to the network. Also, you can recall it as a hold job. You can save job data scanned using this machine and a print job from a computer as an HDD saved job.

Jobs saved on the HDD can be saved to any of the following directories.

  1. First layer (root directory)

  2. Second layer (folder)

  3. Third layer (user box)

You can create folders and user boxes in the RECALL screen. Also, you can create folders and user boxes when saving a job on the HDD from the Hold Job screen and STORE screen.

You can specify a password when creating a folder or user box (it is not essential to remember the password).
