Create a New Secure Box

Select the Secure Job tab in advance.

1. Select Secure Box - New Creation from the Job Operations menu.

   • supplementary explanationYou can also select New Creation from the right-click menu.

   The New Box Creation screen is displayed.

2. Enter the Box name and password, and then click OK.

   The Box name and password can be specified using up to 8 one-byte characters.

   The Secure Box is displayed with the lock icon, , at the head of the User Box tree.

   Selecting a Box displays the Box Password screen.

   Enter the password registered for the Secure Box.

   When the specified password matches the registered one, the job list saved in the Secure Box is displayed.
