Deleting a User Box

You can delete the Box of the HDD job you select from the list.

This procedure differs between a case in which the folder and Box are password protected and that in which the folder and Box are not password protected.

1. Select a folder from the list.

   If the folder is password protected, the Folder Password screen is displayed.

   • supplementary explanationWhen the folder is not password protected, proceed to step 3.

2. Enter the password, and click OK.

   If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.

3. Click the “+” icon displayed on the left of the folder name to display Boxes.

   Select a Box to be deleted.

   If the Box is password protected, the Box Password screen is displayed.

4. Enter the password, and click OK.

   If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.

5. Select Box - Delete from the Job Operations menu.

   • supplementary explanationYou can also select Box - Delete from the right-click menu to delete a Box.

   The Delete screen is displayed.

6. Click Yes.

   • supplementary explanationIf the selected Box contains any job, it cannot be deleted.
