Recall the selected HDD store job, specify the number of copies, and output the job.
You can select an output sheet or output method.

[Output Method] | Select the method to output an HDD store job to be recalled. If [Print] or [Print&Hold] is selected, also set [Output Method to Print]. If multiple HDD store jobs are selected, the number of copies is not displayed. Enter the number of copies using Keypad on the Control panel. The number of copies you entered is applied to all of the selected HDD store jobs. Even if the number of copies is changed, the number of output copies pre-specified for each HDD store job is maintained. |
To output all sheets, proceed to step 6.
To switch the preview screen for the 2-sided printed original, press [Front] or [Back].
To display the selected page on the preview screen, press [Preview Sheet No.] and enter the page number using the keypad on the screen.
To switch pages on the preview screen, press [+], or [,].
To select a continuous sheet, set the range using a hyphen (-) (example: 2-5). To select multiple sheets, delimit them using a comma (,) (example: 2,4,6).
To output the specified sheet while existing job tickets are maintained, select [Divided]. The [Stamp/Page No.] is renumbered in the specified sheet.
To output the specified sheet as a replacement for a job that has already been output, select [Replacement]. [Staple] or [Fold & Staple], and the sorting settings are released. For [Creep Adjustment] of [Booklet] and [Stamp/Page No.], the setting values at all sheet outputs are maintained.
[Print]: Prints a job.
[Print&Hold]: Prints a job while simultaneously holding the job in the system.
[Hold]: Holds a job. A print is not made.
[Normal]: Prints the number of copies that is set in the job.
[Proof]: Prints only 1 copy. This option is used to confirm the printing result.
[Proof(1st)]: Prints only the top page of a copy. When multiple copies are specified, only the top page is printed.
[Wait]: Stores a job in [Reserved Job]. The job is placed in the output stop state. To restart printing, press Start on the Control panel.
