First, check the name of your computer and that of the login user. Next, create a folder where to send the scanned original data, and start sharing.

To confirm the domain name when this machine joins the domain, click [Domain or Work group]. In Windows 10, click [Rename this PC (advanced)].

Type in "set user", and check the user name. The user name is required to configure folder sharing settings and specify destinations. Then, close the window.
In Windows 10, click [Status] - [Network and Sharing Center] - [Change advanced sharing settings].
When the setting is complete, close the window. Depending on the Windows version, click [Save Changes] to close the window.

To specify the folder name, use single-byte alphanumeric characters.
The settings on the computer are then completed. The computer, user, and folder names you wrote down in this procedure are required to specify a destination.
